Developed for cost-effective protection of extraction ducts and ventilation systems
· Automotive Paint Booths: capturing overspray generated during the painting process.
· Industrial Coating and Finishing: trapping paint and coating particles.
· Woodworking and Furniture Manufacturing: controlling overspray and removing particulates generated during staining, varnishing, and painting processes.
Depending on your requirements, you can choose between six different types of Sepa Paint filters:
The ECO series is ideal for less intensively used paint booths or for occasional use. These Sepa Paint filters consist of two perforated cardboard walls, folded and glued together.
STD series filters are universal filters for all types of colors. In this version, the cardboard walls are glued between two integrated pull-out limiters. These limiters ensure optimal utilization and therefore maximum storage capacity.
Andreae HC series filters have one of the largest absorption capacities on the market - five times higher than fiberglass filters. Filling strips are added on the front; they serve as pre-filters to load the retention bags more regularly. This structure ensures extremely high resilience.
The HE series filters have a filtration level of almost 100% while maintaining a high loading capacity. The addition of a fine polyester at the rear end of the filter ensures optimal collection of the fine particles.
Sepa Paint Filters of the HH series offer high filtration efficiency with reduced pressure loss. Their service life can reduce maintenance costs. The addition of a thin layer of fiberglass to the back of the filter ensures high filtration efficiency and high resilience.
The HP series is particularly suitable for intensive use in paint booths. These Andreae filters offer both a very high absorption capacity and a very high filtration efficiency. They have filler strips on the front and fine polyester on the back. These filters therefore combine the advantages of the HC series and the HE series.
