The bag filters are characterized by the use of hot-melt adhesive, which is a thermoplastic material, to secure the filter media in place within the filter frame.
The hot-melt adhesive is applied as a liquid and solidifies upon cooling, creating a strong bond between the filter media and the frame, which ensures that the filter media remains securely in position, even under high airflow conditions.
This bag filter media consists of a graduated multi-layer structure with each layer having a different density or filtration capability. Larger particles are captured near the surface, while smaller particles are caught in the denser, inner layers.
